How it all started...

¡Hola!

My name is Fábio and I'm originally from Portugal. 

​

I came to Barcelona in 2015 to work as a tour guide, and fell immediately in love with the city: its architecture, its gastronomy, the mix between beach and mountain...

​

In 2018, despite loving my job as a guide, I decided to switch to a more office job and worked successfully for a famous ticketing platform and, after covid, for the biggest boat rental platform as sales and account manager.

Even though I was pretty happy, I felt that something was missing: you! The direct contact with people. 

So I took the opportunity to build my own little tour business, and that's how Barcelona by Fábio was born.
